And a fresh non frozen chickens.Do not display blood on the frozen chickens.Have blood on the bone when you're cooking on your finished
Oddly enough I had this last evening, done mostly the same way. This method produces the most succulent chicken.

Do you use the heat deflectors with this recipe or is it direct heat?
Also with chicken cooking at low temperatures , how do you prevent the skin from going rubbery?
