My favorite way of making a rack of pork #shorts
Hands down, one of my favorite ways of prepping a rack of pork.
Start by cleaning off the bones and trimming the fat cap. I used a little yellow mustard for the binder and seasoned it with my AP rub. It goes on the grill at 250 degrees, indirect heat until it hits 130 internal. Glaze it with your favorite bbq sauce and cook until 140 internal.
Remove from the grill, rest for 15-20 minutes, slice and enjoy! These come out so good every time. Super juicy, tender and so flavorful.

Ready to eat at 130 internal? Not very safe for pork, is it?🤔
Pull at 135, and let cook in the rest up to 140
