  1. Great smoothies. A nice one you may like: red cabbage (Big handful) 1 large apple, 1Tbs. Hemp protein, organic apple juice. This is one of my faves. Hope you try this and even add more to it if you think it could be brought up a notch.     Very well done video. one thing that I have learned in my studying of green smoothy drinks is that being as "from the ground" as possible is best. Protein powders are ok as you said in the video but not optimal.

  5. Hope this is not too late of a question, as I think this looks great, but I am wondering about how minty it is? I don't know how many people here are familiar with the Girl Scouts thin mints? I like that kind of minty where it's more subtle as opposed to say peppermint patties. Is the smoothie very minty? If so, I will see if I can cut back on the mint leaves. Thank you!
