  1. Creamy Tomato Chicken

    Ingredients
    • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • ½ tsp dried dill
    • ¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
    • ¼ onion, finely diced
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
    • ½ cup chicken broth
    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

    Instructions
    1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add cubed chicken, paprika, dill, and salt. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
    3. In the same pan, sauté diced onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
    4. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it breaks down and gets saucy, around 3–4 minutes.
    5. Stir in the broth and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
    6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
    7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Let it simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
    8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
