My kale banana breakfast smoothie recipe. Being a working mom and trying to get my kids out the house to school is challenging! Sometimes a smoothie is all I can get in me before lunch and I’ll take it!! Can’t enjoy it as much anymore since my cholecystectomy but I hope you can. I don’t do measurements much so measure to your liking. 🙂 Here’s what I used in my Magic Bullet:
* half banana
* hanful of frozen kale
* spoonful of chia seeds
* bag of roasted almonds I had from Chic Fila, lol
* dash of ground cinnamon
* spoonful of local organic raw honey
* topped off with almond milk
