My Morning Routine…Healthy Habits Over 40 #shorts

Do you ever wonder what other women do, take and/or drink to look and stay healthy, vibrant, and youthful? I know I definitely do! Which is why I’m sharing my daily habits in this full-length video |

Mornings can often feel hectic and rushed, especially when you’re rushing to get to the office or to get your kids off to school. But the morning is a really sacred time as well. Fostering quiet time and healthy habits can be a game-changer for your mental and physical health. In my full video, I share 10 things I do that I feel really do impact my day. (BTW, the sauna blanket is a before bed favorite). Some of these things I’ve been doing for a while, but some are new to my routine and I’m SO excited to share them.

Do you have any special morning habits that really help to prepare you for the day? Or any healthy recipes or products you love? Please share in the comments… I would love to hear about them!

  1. Hi Erin. Omg you look beautiful and peaceful . Thanks for this video, because I have been meaning to reorder my collagen. I know it is good for inflammation, hair and nails and bones. Since , my husband is only three weeks out from knee replacement this would be good for him.I have been feeding him lots of protein and broccoli. His three week scar looks like he had surgery a year ago. He heals amazingly fast. I love all the ways you take care of yourself physically and mentally. I have had back spasms in the morning for years after fusion surgery of my L four and five and I have tried meditation ( because of you) to calm me until they stop. It helps ..yay!!! I love that you journal too. I might try that too. You are an inspiration to me in so many ways. I was doing so well and then when my husband could not walk because of his bad knees I back slid on some of my good habits. I need to eat NO sugar. I got a blood clot on the bottom of my right foot when I stayed at the hospital with him. I wore boots and for some reason they caused it. I am not one to sit so I walked all over a huge hospital . It is hard to walk on what feels like a marble, but the foot doctor told me I could. It will not dissolve so surgery may have to be an option. Thanks Erin for all you do. We have daffodils, hyacinths and crocuses blooming so Spring can not be far off. My late dad always said when Spring comes everything will be better. ❤❤❤❤

  2. Oooh yum! Ok so question. What is the salad dressing looking stuff you poured in? I usually don’t put apples in my smoothie but I’m going to try this to change it up.
