So according to my mum, she came home from her shop one evening and had very little time to make regular tomato stew with pork in it. As she pondered on what to do, she had this perfect idea to just throw everything together like she was making ntitii and puff! This amazing recipe was born. I’ve made this several times and even shared it here with you, but now you get to see how the originator makes it. This pairs well with bread, white rice, yam, plantain, kenkey or banku…pretty much anything . I hope you enjoy ❤️

Ingredients:
2.7 lb pork
16-20 large tomatoes
3 large onions
75 grams ginger
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 Maggie tablet
2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 harbaneros (plus extra to drop in if needed)
