Made this for dinner last night. Had to omit the mushrooms sadly had a non mushroom lover as a guest. Needless to say this is 🔥. Ive been asked to make this again and for the recipe. Not a thing I would change. Next time making Im adding the mushrooms cause i know it will add to the already amazing flavors.
