For our official assignment by Hilda Baci, we were asked to create a signature street dish fit for a food truck—and I went bold! Presenting my Cilantro-Infused Taco Shell stuffed with Suya-Braised Beef, drizzled in rich braised sauce, topped with sautéed bell peppers, purple & white cabbage, and finished with a touch of cilantro oil.
