  1. Ok. I finally made sheermal after seeing so many other videos. It came out excellent. Some things to note here. I added half teaspoon of baking soda. Quater teaspoon of baking powder. Half teaspoon of cardamom powder. I had to increase 3/4 cup of flour since the batter was too lumpy. I had to add 7 mins of baking at 350 Fahrenheit.

  2. I tried it. I used the same amount of stuffs mentioned in the video but my dough was so so so soft
    I had to make it hard to look the same like hers so I used more flour later on. I suggest others to use less milk or maybe less butter at first then if needed add more.
