We can even dry fry the dried bambooshot without oil and mashed it again and add to the pork for more tasty flavor.

Why did you rest the meat when you mixed all the ingredients. Any reason? If you reply me that the meat will soak all the ingredients then u r wrong. It will taste good I know but when u make a video(not only you) you used a chef term and technique which is totally wrong. So if you cook at home use the word home cooking. Dnt use chef's term
