Naga style pork is very popular dish of Nagaland.Pork meat cooked with fermented bamboo shoots.In my recipe I didn’t use fermented bamboo shoots but I use Chinese bamboo shoots which I bought from Chinese shop also great with this recipe.I cook this pork in my brother-in -law request and he gave me this recipe as well.When I try first time it was so good.So today I’am sharing this recipe with you all.
