  1. I have last years model of the 500 Prestige and love it. Ice storm came in and destroyed my folding side shelf so I need a new shelf but other than that it's been a great grill. Also is it possible to swap out the plastic casters on the older model for the new casters? Might want to do that in the future if it's possible.

  2. How many videos will you be making with the upside down bottle openers and the crooked doors? Is it that difficult to correct? You provide a lot of good information. The poor performance on assembly is distracting and makes me wonder if you’re staff has the quality to handle $2k product.

  3. The thermostats may not be „smart“, but they are useful. You don‘t need to use the app, you can read the temperature directly from the display. That‘s really nice, it simplifies things – I don‘t want to use my smartphone for leasure activities.

  4. Hi, I don't really agree with your argumentation regarding the Rogue and Prestige, that the "only" reason to buy a Rouge is space… In Europe a Rogue 525 costs aprox. 1500 EUR, a Prestige 500 costs a least 2300 EUR, so there is more than 50% price difference between the two, and 800 EUR is a lot of money… So, in my oppinion, this is also a reason for the Rogue, because it is much cheaper…

  5. Napoleon Prestige is the worst grill I ever bought. Absolutely horrible. I would buy a $300 grill from Walmart befor buying a Napoleon again,
Within 3 months the lights stopped working and then the knobs started to crack shortly after that. Burners never seem to let out enough gas for the flame to get going. The flame height doesn't changer weather it's on high or low. The only way to control the heat is to turn Burners on and off.
And yes my doors don't line up either

  6. Good review! Interesting that the price diff is a couple of a hundred in the us. Looking for the 625 pro-s here in sweden. Price diff to the prestige is a full grand us. 2 grand vs 3… And that is versus the prestige 500. If you go towards the 665 the difference is 2 grand US

  7. Trevor, thank you. I am still confused about why when one reads the specs of any of the grills of the same size there are differences in BTU and slight differences in grill length and even the length of the rotisserie rod even when the titled descriptions on their web page read the same. This is unfortunate I think. I wish they would also add the slide out propane tank rack in the top end grills in the lower ones and if you can show how to adapt the pull out tank rack that they make for their outdoor kitchen to one of the presitage grills or Roque proS I'd buy it from you for sure. We are aren't as young as you and one of these days you too will come to appreciate that small but very useful feature. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the mega grill video.

  8. Love the upgrades to the prestige like the wider rear burner and storage for the warning tray. Keep having to take mine out to use the rotisserie. I just noticed that the sear station door drops down to be more out of the way. Had some wind problems when cooking that kept trying to blow the door closed while I was cooking.
