Here is the detailed recipe of Healthy Sabudana kheer

*RECIPE*
1. Take a pan , put some ghee and roast the Tata Sampann dry fruits.
2. Now add 1L of full cream milk and let it boil.
3. Add the soaked sabudana and stir until it become translucent.
4. For sweetness, take some Tata Sampann dates, remove the seeds and blend using
some water.
5. Add the date paste along with 1 tbsp of cardamom powder and some kesar.
6. Cook until kheer becomes thick.
7. Then add roasted dry fruits and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish it with some chopped dry fruits.
9. Your delicious Sabudana kheer is ready, enjoy.
