*Ingredients
185g (0.76 cup) Lukewarm milk
3g (1 tsp) Instant yeast
40g (2 tbsp.) Honey
300g (2 cups) All purpose flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
22g (1.5 tbsp.) Unsalted butter
170°C (340°F) bake for 25 minutes
Mold size (450g) : 20.8 * 11.8 * 11cm
Important tips.
1. Usually making bread loaf requires kneading out of the glove film, in fact, this bread I kneaded the film is not so thin, just a uniform and smooth surface is fine.
2. there is only one proofing, let it rise to 80-90% of the box, then you can bake it in the oven, pay attention to the state of proofing do not overferment, otherwise the baked bread will collapse
3. because the material of the bread box is different, so the baking time and temperature is different, set the temperature and time according to your own situation
4. The regular flour is much more cheaper than bread flour. This flour is what I used in the recipe.
