Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 – Intro
0:21 – Boneless chicken thigh (~500g)
0:45 – 3 cloves of garlic
0:57 – Few slices of ginger
1:14 – A pinch of salt
1:21 – Black pepper
1:32 – 1 tablespoon sugar
1:42 – 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1:55 – 1 teaspoon sesame oil
2:43 – Marinate in fridge for at least 20 minutes
3:13 – Cooking oil
3:26 – Fry the chicken, skin side down
3:42 – Fry each side for 4~5 minutes
4:08 – 20g Butter
5:09 – Sesame seeds (Optional)
