WANG Gochujang(Korean Red Pepper Pate)
WANG Roasted and Toasted Sesame Seeds
Soy sauce
Gochugaru (Red Pepper Powder)
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
Sugar
Pepper
Pork belly
Scallions
Onion
🔹RECIPE🔹
1. Put 2 tbsp of gochujang, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of gochugaru, 1 tbsp of minced ginger, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of sugar, and little bit of pepper in a bowl and mix well.
2. Score lines through pork belly.
3. Spread the gochujang marinade on the top of the pork belly.
4. Stir-fry the sliced scallions and onions lightly.
5. Put the seasoned pork belly on top of the vegetables.
6. Pour the water slightly and cover the pot with a lid. And turn the meat upside down when it is cooked.
7. Cut the cooked meat into bite-sized pieces and stir it with scallions and onions so that the seasoning can be mixed well.
8. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on it! Enjoy 😊
