Adding minced shallots with the capers and a little heavy whipping cream in the sauce while reducing would be nice too. Thanks for sharing!
Glad to see this video. I recently saw capers in the seasoning-like jar in a brine. I wonder if that was how you should purchase it. I have never used capers but will try this recipe.
