  2. My brother and I want to make this recipe, we picked 5 qts of big blueberries from one of my dads kitchen gardens today. What is dream whip, is it Keto friendly? Can we use whip cream instead of whip dream, (my mom cooks/bakes everything keto style, so she have lots of heavy whipping cream in the fridge), she taught me how to make whip cream from HWC from scratch. We want to surprise our parents with a desert for this weekend, so can’t ask them directly. My brother is older than me, he said we should cook the blueberries aldente’, then chill them. He said we will fold the blueberry mix into the creamed part, chill, then spread it all on, chill all night, so it is sets up for clean slicing, I hope it works. My brother likes mascarpone over cream cheese so I guess we will be using that instead, oh and putting uncooked blueberries on top and some stalks of mint for a pretty garnish. PS, I like your kitchen it looks so quaint. The desert looks so yummy, I hope they like it.
