I started by crushing the Lotus Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor. Then, I mixed the cookie crumbs with melted butter to create a base layer for the dessert.
Next, I whipped heavy cream until soft peaks formed and mixed it with Lotus Biscoff spread to create a creamy layer. I layered the cookie crumb mixture and creamy Lotus Biscoff mixture twice in a serving dish, creating a beautiful pattern. Finally, I melted some more Lotus Biscoff spread and drizzled it on top of the dessert to create an elegant design.
