INGREDIENTS:
8 Chicken Wings 2 tsp Oil (8g)
1 tsp Garlic Powder (4g)
½ tsp Pepper (1g)
1 tsp Salt (4g)
2 tsp Baking Powder (8g)
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Coin Ginger
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce (45g)
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar (25g)
1 Tbsp Water (15g)

STEPS:

Dry the Chicken Wings as much as possible with paper towels before coating with Oil, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Salt, and Baking Powder

Let the Coated Wings sit on an oven rack to dry a little while the Oven or Air Fryer preheats to 400°F/200°C

Bake or Air Fry the Wings for 10 minutes before taking out and flipping to the other side

While the wings are cooking, simmer the Garlic, Ginger, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and Water on low until thick and syrupy

IF USING AN AIR FRYER, the Wings should be ready in another 10 minutes when the outside is crispy (20 Minutes total)*

IF USING AN OVEN, bake for another 10 minutes and then flip again and cook for 4-6 more minutes (24 – 26 minutes total)*

Cover the wings in the sauce, and dig in!

Give the drums to your enemies and save the flats for your friends

  2. Ok, it's like, I love the convenience of drums, can eat with one hand. But the meat on the flats tastes different and the meat itself is better? It's like two different cuts of meat? Maybe it's just my mind playing tricks on me 😂
