This recipe uses honey instead of sugar so that you can enjoy it guilt-free! You can enjoy it right away as a smoothie, chill it for two hours for soft-serve, or freeze it overnight for fully-frozen.

*Ingredients*
► 2 cups frozen strawberries, mango, or other favorite fruit
► 3 tbs honey
► 3tbs milk
► ½ cup whole-milk yogurt (Greek if available)
*Directions*
► Add all ingredients into blender and blend until they are roughly blended. You may need to pause and stir with a spoon or spatula to make sure ingredients are mixing evenly.
For Smoothie: Stop here and serve! Easy!
For soft-serve: Chill in the freezer for two hours.
For fully frozen yogurt: freeze overnight.
