No Knead Crusty Rolls – Easier Than You Think!



INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups (320 grams) bread flour or all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) instant or dry active yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups hot tap water (up to 130° F)

  1. I LOVE BREAD!!! 😄 my mom used to make bread every week, a huge batch. We never had store bought bread till we were older. She took a picture of me when I was about 2, walking with a loaf of bread and taking a bite out of it. The holidays are coming, I'm gonna make our bread rolls this year. Yummy thanks for the easy video anyone can do.

    Sometimes I make honey butter to go with them.
    This recipe never fails as long as the yeast is fresh.

  3. Jenny, the "Show More" written recipe says preheat oven to 325 degrees, but you say in the video to heat your oven to 450 degrees and that your oven takes about 35 minutes to do such; really slow in my opinion. God bless!
