Easiest EVER Hong Kong-style Char Siu Pork (叉烧) made in your rice cooker – no added water, no oven, super tender & packed with flavor! Just marinate & press cook. Your kitchen will smell AMAZING 😍
Steps:
1. Cut 500g pork shoulder into 10 pieces. Add 1 spoon salt + 1 spoon flour (removes impurities), scallions, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white liquor, and 1 packet Hong Kong-style char siu sauce.
2. Rub to coat evenly, marinate 20 min. (Like & save so you never forget!)
3. Line rice cooker bottom with sliced ginger & scallion pieces.
4. Place marinated pork on top, pour in all remaining marinade.
