Easy Bread Recipe at Home-try this easy milk buns without no oven.

Here’s the Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
200 ml warm milk
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. yeast
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a bowl, pour warm milk. Add sugar and yeast. Stir to dissolve and keep it aside for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
2. Add egg and butter, mix well then add flour and salt. Stir to combine until the dough is soft, elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
3. In a large bowl, grease with oil then transfer the dough. Cover with plastic wrap then let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
4. Stretch and fold the dough. Place it on the working surface then flatten and cut into 20 pieces.
5. Form into rolls and place on a greased pan. Cover and let it rise for another 40 minutes.
6. Put in low fire then let it cook for 30-40 minutes. Flip to cook another side for about 15 to 20 minutes. Once done transfer in a serving plate then brush with butter.
