No Roux Mac & Cheese Recipe:

Here’s what you’ll need:
🧀 Monterey Jack
🧀 Extra Sharp White Cheddar
🧀 Gouda
🧀 Medium Cheddar
🧀 Chicken Broth
🧀 Cavatappi Pasta
🧀 Heavy Whipping Cream
🧀 @slapyamama
🧀 @tonychacheres No Salt Seasoning
🧀 Salt
🧀 Pepper
🧀 Smoked Paprika
🧀 Garlic Powder

Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• In a pot, boil chicken broth and salt. Add pasta & cook until al dente.
• In a saucepan on medium low heat, melt butter & slowly stir in heavy whipping cream. Season with the seasonings listed. Bring to a low simmer.
• Slowly add half the cheese and whisk until smooth.
• Simmer on low for 5 mins, constantly stirring.
• Drain pasta, DO NOT rinse. Season with the same seasonings used in the cheese sauce. Transfer to a large bowl.
• Add half the cheese sauce to the pasta. Mix until we’ll combined.
• In an oven safe pan, layer the pasta, cheese & sauce; pasta, cheese, sauce. Repeat until done, ending with cheese.
• Sprinkle a little paprika on the top for color.
• Bake for about 20-25 mins or until cheese is browned.
• Allow to cool for 5 mins before serving.
