  1. 🍎🍌 Apple Banana Dry Fruit Shake

    Ingredients (1–2 glasses):

    1 apple (chopped)

    1 banana (chopped)

    2 dates (seed removed)

    4 pistachios

    3–4 almonds

    4 cashews

    10–12 raisins

    ¼ cup milk (for soaking)

    1 cup chilled milk (for blending)

    Method:

    1. In a small bowl, add dates, pistachios, almonds, cashews, and raisins.

    2. Pour ¼ cup milk over the dry fruits and soak for 1 hour.

    3. After soaking, transfer the dry fruits along with the milk into a grinder jar.

    4. Add chopped apple and banana.

    5. Pour in 1 cup chilled milk.

    6. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

    7. Transfer the shake into a glass and serve chilled.
