For the Bread:
1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup (150g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup (60ml) plain yogurt or sour cream
½ cup (120ml) buttermilk (or mix ½ cup whole milk with ½ tbsp vinegar or lemon juice and let sit for 5 minutes)

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
