No Yeast, No Knead, Quick Bread I #Shorts I Pankaj Bhadouria

This German quick bread recipe needs no yeast, no kneading, it is super moist, soft and fluffy and is easy to make!
all you need to do is, pout all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them with a spatula, top them with some seeds and bake!
Baking powder gives it the leavening and the Apple Cider Vinegar helps achieve that fermented taste.
baking it with some steam in the oven helps to achieve a wonderful crust and a delicious moist texture too!

No Yeast, No Knead, Quick Bread
Preparation TIme: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 4-5

Ingredients:
400 g whole grain flour whole wheat flour
1 tbsp (16 g) baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 ⅓ cup (320 ml) water
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup seeds & nuts

Method:Put a baking dish filled with water on the lowest level of your oven and preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Line a 9 or 9.5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add water, oil and apple cider vinegar and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon to form a sticky dough.
Transfer the dough into the baking pan.
moisten the spatula with a little water and smooth it out
Sprinkle with grains and seeds as desired and cut the bread lengthwise.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes.
Cool the bread completely, then slice and enjoy!
