No Yeast Bread, , Whole Wheat Bread Without Oven, Healthy Eggless Bread In Kadhai, No Oven Bread

Today’s recipe is Whole wheat bread ! This no-yeast, no-oven bread is a healthy, quick bread which takes very less time to prepare than any other traditional bread.
So whether you are someone who doesn’t have yeast available or someone who wants to enjoy a fresh home baked bread without spending hours in the kitchen, this recipe is perfect for everybody ! You can make a sandwich out of it, spread it with your favourite sauce, chutney or jam or have it as it is with a cup of chai or coffee !

INGREDIENTS
*2 cup whole wheat flour/ गेहूँ का आटा
*1 tsp baking powder/ बेकिंग पाउडर
*1/2 tsp baking soda/ बेकिंग सोडा
*3 tbsp organic jaggery powder/ sugar/ honey/ गुड़ पाउडर/ शक्कर/ शहद
*3 tsp oil/ खाने का तेल
*1 cup curd/ yogurt/ दही
*1/2 tsp salt/ नमक
*some oats/ ओट्स and flaxseeds/ अलसी for garnishing and some milk/ दूध for brushing the top of the bread

INSTRUCTIONS
1- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into dough. Shape the dough into log.
2- Transfer the dough log into greased and parchment paper lined loaf pan. Give it a milk wash and sprinkle some oats and flaxseeds.
3- Heat a big cooking pot/ wok/ कढ़ाई/ saucepan on low heat. Place a metal stand in the centre. Now place the loaf pan on top of the metal stand. Cover the pot with a lid. ( make sure the pot is covered completely because we don’t want any air to seep in through ).
4- Cook for 50-55 minutes. Turn off the heat. Let the bread cool completely. Slice it and enjoy with your favourite chutney, sauce, or jam !!
