Nobody cooks pork ribs in the pan like my husband! The onion is the secret!
Ingredients:
pork ribs – 800 g (28.2 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
thyme – 15 g (½ oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
Cook over low fire for 15 min
onion – 400 g (14 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
smoked paprika – 10 g (0.35 oz)
herbs of Provence – 10 g (0.35 oz)
Cook over low fire with lid for 35 min
mashed potatoes – 350 g (12.35 oz)

I was looking for pork ribs receipi and found this. It looks very delicious an easy to make thank you for sharing. I was going to cook this tonight but forgot you added beer 🍺 do you have to put beer. My son is only 17 and I was going to cook for him???

Although nice presentation and concept, it doesn't take pork to cook that long. People make the mistake and assume it's not done after a few minutes but that's not true.

You forgot to put beer in the ingredients list
Well, it looks very tasty, and I'll try it. However that is NOT pork ribs, but rather pork belly. I also think that the pork chops could be done the same way as the pork belly for a great dish.

Tried it tonight. My family are pork addicts. Tenderloin, ribs, chops… they could eat them every night. I was bored doing ribs the same way, so I gave this a try. Everyone loved it. I’ll be doing it again. Added some corn on the cob, baked potato, baked beans and a spinach raspberry vinaigrette salad. They’re all asleep under the kitchen table. No ribs/pork left. I’m going with- “They liked the pork.”
