Nobody cooks pork ribs in the pan like my husband! The onion is the secret!

Ingredients:
pork ribs – 800 g (28.2 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
thyme – 15 g (½ oz)
oil – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
Cook over low fire for 15 min
onion – 400 g (14 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
smoked paprika – 10 g (0.35 oz)
herbs of Provence – 10 g (0.35 oz)

Cook over low fire with lid for 35 min
mashed potatoes – 350 g (12.35 oz)

Estos alimentos tienen una función muy importante, ero no deben consumirse por sus toxinas. es el caso del camarón, y también el cerdo, que además, no tiene poros, por lo que no suda, quedándose con más toxinas dentro. Los peces sin escamas, porque las escamas son un mecanismo de autolimpiarse, ellos se quedan con las toxinas. El consumo de conejo en mucha cantidad produce hasta la muerte, otros animales comen de tumbas, otros desatan la leucemia recesiva, vale la pena informarse.

  4. Tried it tonight. My family are pork addicts. Tenderloin, ribs, chops… they could eat them every night. I was bored doing ribs the same way, so I gave this a try. Everyone loved it. I’ll be doing it again. Added some corn on the cob, baked potato, baked beans and a spinach raspberry vinaigrette salad. They’re all asleep under the kitchen table. No ribs/pork left. I’m going with- “They liked the pork.”
