Made these rolls today. The spices you mentioned, I added just half of them. Still they were way too much. Bas garam masalay ka taste hy araha tha. Is type k rolls mein masalay halkay rakhe jatay hein. Other than that, it was nice. I wish I hadn't followed the spices part of the video.
