  1. Ingredients:
    2 large chicken breasts, shredded
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz. of diced pancetta (rendered fat and pancetta)
    1/2 stick of butter ( 4 tbsp)
    7-8 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
6 oz of chardonnay white wine
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
    6 cups reserved chicken stock
    1 quart of heavy cream
5 oz of sun-dried tomatoes sliced
    10 oz. of cheese tortellini
1/4 cup chopped parsley, handful of fresh basil, and 2 cups of baby spinach
    1/2 cup of grated parmesan
Spices: 2 tsp of each: garlic powder, Italian seasoning blend, black pepper
1 tsp of each: salt, smoked paprika
    Directions:
In a pot of water boil 2 chicken breasts on a rolling boil for about 3 minutes then lower to a simmer, add 2 chicken bouillon cubes, once chicken is cooked, shred it, and save the broth; it’s going in the soup.
In a separate dutch oven add the pancetta and cook at medium heat until crisp but slightly fatty. Add, butter, garlic, onions, and spices. Sauté at medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until golden.
Deglaze the pot with white wine and cook for about 5 minutes at medium.
Add 1/2 cup of flour and whisk continuously for about 3-5 minutes.
Add the reserved chicken stock and whisk another 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Add the heavy cream and sun-dried tomatoes; simmer for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
Bring the pot to a boil and add the tortellini. Boil for 2-3 minutes.Add the fresh herbs, spinach, shredded chicken, & parmesan cheese. Simmer together until the tortellini is aldente. About 2-3 minutes.
Serve it up and enjoy!! Make it!!

  2. I absolutely love this channel, all the recipes are not only easy to make but the ingredients are easily sourced too, some of these channels tend to forget that not everybody can source some of the fancy or expensive ingredients or have said ingredients available in their country.
Im Australian and i have noticed with some of the USA channels that specialise in cooking on their BBQ's or Webber's ect they use woodchips not available here but mainly they use a lot of herbs and spice mixes also not available here, one of the main ones ive noticed a lot of people seem to be using is Chimichurri, idk, its a little frustrating, thats why i LOVE LOVE LOVE this channel, anything she uses i can always find an equivalent here.
Thanks so much for all your hard work and effort ❤❤❤
