Ingredients :
2 ripe Avocado
2-3 cup milk
4-5 Dates (Or 2 tbsp. sugar / Honey )
Choose ripe avocado, by pressing it gently if it is soft but yet little firm that means Avocado is ready . If it is hard means Avocado is unripe . If it is too soft means, it is overripe.
Cut it into half and remove the pit. Scoop the pulp out using spoon and add it in the blender . Add dates, milk and blend into a smooth paste/texture. Strain it and pour it into a serving glasses and serve immediately otherwise it would start becoming dark due to oxidization.

🥑Nuts ( Cashew nuts and Pistachios ) 🥑
🥑 Milk 🥛 and blend it all up 🥑
🥑 Add sugar if u want 🥑
