I do this everyday
I was diagnosed with diabetes last year and this is my breakfast everyday. I make it slightly different here is my recipe 3tbsp instant oats, half cup water and milk combined, 1tsp flaxseed powder, 5 almonds, half tsp cinnamon powder and 2dates, I boil it and have it as porridge. This has helped me to control my glucose level. Thanks for sharing this recipe I can try this method out also 🙏🙏
