Here’s a delicious oats smoothie recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
1 banana
15 soaked almonds
1 cup water
3 dates (or 1 tablespoon honey )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
