Hello! I share my FAVORITE healthy green smoothie recipe full of nutrients and it’s super easy and affordable to make. I love this smoothie to supplement my nutrition intake and it satisfies me for a couple of hours! Gotta love having an easier way to be healthier and eat your greens and fruits. This smoothie is so good, it tastes like I bought it at a smoothie shop! The spinach is a great source of iron and vitamins and prevents cancer, the greek yogurt has lots of protein and can boost your metabolism, water is hydrating, banana has lots of potassium, magnesium, and fiber, and honey is an antioxidant, it’s anti-inflammatory, an anti-diabetic and so much more! All while satisfying your hunger. This recipe has no ice so it’s easy to make in many kinds of blenders! Amazing!

Here is the recipe:
1 Cup of Water (less to make it thicker)
3 Big Spoonfuls of Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
1 Handful of Spinach
1 Banana
Drizzle of honey
*Optional Superfood Seed Blend or Similar Smoothie Booster*
