As someone who comes from a Cajun background hear in the southern US, okra is a major staple of our diet, and we use it in gumbo, etufiee, sucatash, ect. I've never seen okra used in such a unique way, and this is a dish we'll definitely be experimenting and possibly adding in the recipe book. Ty for loving, caring, and sharing the creativity.
