Ingredients:
• 3 slices of bread (buttered & cubed)
• 2 cups of milk
• ½ cup of sugar
• 3 large eggs
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (347°F).
2. Grease a casserole or baking dish.
3. Butter bread on both sides, cut into cubes, and place in dish.
4. Mix milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in a jug.
5. Pour mixture over bread and press down gently to soak.
6. Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top.
7. Bake for 45–50 minutes until puffed and golden.
8. Check with a skewer—if it comes out clean, it’s ready!

Tip: The pudding will puff up when ready—don’t worry, it settles once cooled!
