OLD-SCHOOL Chef cred via IG@pats_king_of_steaks #steak #sandwich #shorts #short
This man is an old-school chef. And right now, he is preparing something legendary.
He sliced ribeye thin and laid it on the grill, searing the meat for barely a minute on one side. Then he flipped the thin steaks to sear them on the other side. Hold it too long — and you will get the sole of a boot instead of real meat.
While the beef was reaching perfection, the man took a piece of white bread, placed it on the tray to warm it up and give it a light toast.
And then the meat was ready — the master picked up the thin slices and generously filled the future sandwich with them. Simple, yet incredibly delicious, thanks to just a couple more ingredients.
Ingredient number one, acting almost like a spice, is the caramelized onion. He added a generous portion, giving the meat an unforgettable aroma.
And finally, ingredient number two, the one that makes this sandwich truly special — melted cheddar cheese.
These sandwiches have been made since the 1930s.
So, would you like a bite?

Onions definitely ain’t caramelised and that is NOT cheddar cheese lol n he ain’t gonna toast the bread either?
He only put onion on one side of the sandwich and a lot of cheese on the other side. Whoever eats that is going to be sick afterwards
