Juicy Tangdi Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
7-8 chicken drumsticks
½ cup yoghurt
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons cream
¼ teaspoon black salt
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2 tablespoons gram flour
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons ghee
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Chaat masala, optional

Method:

In a large bowl, mix yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric, lemon juice, cream, black salt, salt, gram flour, and pepper powder.

Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and coat them well.

Let the chicken rest for at least 20 minutes, or up to 3 hours.

Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C.

Roast or air-fry the chicken for 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes, flip the chicken, apply ghee or oil on both sides, and continue cooking.

Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot and enjoy your juicy, flavorful Tangdi Kababs!
