I’m not the sugar police but I love having a pumpkin bread that wont break me out 🫶🏼

Heres how to make a delicious, moist, cozy fall spiced pumpkin bread loaf with less than half the amount of sugar of other recipes!!

Wet ingredients:
1/4 c melted butter
1/3 c canola oil
1 can pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 c almond milk
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:
210 g all purpose flour
50 g almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Pumpkin spice (measure with your heart)

Topping:
Chopped candied pecans
Coarse sugar

Bake:
350° for 62 minutes
