Tips:
You can add lemon juice before you serve to give a bit of acidity.
Martha Stewart version add egg yolk with cream. You can do so if you wish.
In traditional French recipes, chicken are just sauté and not brown / sear. Julia child recipe is also the same. No browning of chicken.
