*If you’re looking for an alternative to plastic bread bags, beeswax bread bags are a healthy way to store your bread! They are reusable, made of 100% cotton, infused with organic beeswax and coconut oil, naturally antibacterial to keep your bread from molding, and handmade by me and my daughters on our family farm!

***I’m big on preparedness, and in addition to storing whole grains, water and other supplies, I am so thankful to be able to have antibiotics on hand in case of an emergency:

  2. These look so good Robyn! I think by next week or earlier I’ll be able to bake again. I’m planning on getting my Hester SD started! That’s a big step forward for me. In this recipe, can I leave the dough conditioner out? I’m planning on getting the vital wheat gluten, is it organic? Sorry for all the questions! Thanks for all these delicious recipes, I love collecting them and really want to make everything! Ha! Oh, one more question: can I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with a dough hook? One of my machines is a little more heavy duty. Would that work? You’re the best and Happy Tuesday! 🌷💕🥰🇺🇸

  3. Can’t wait to make these! I’ve been making your soft honey loaf recipe every single week since I got my mill in April and every other recipe of yours I’ve tried comes out wonderfully! Thank you so much for sharing these videos…you’ve blessed our family so much with delicious bread recipes!

    💛Adrienne

  4. Such another wonderful recipe,
Robyn! However I won’t be making it since I personally don’t have the wheat berries, probably would be better but for now I only use all purpose flour and bread flour. 🤍🫶🏼

  5. Those look great Robyn! My daughter is coming over on Wednesday for her birthday and I’m making her French dip sandwiches because that’s what she always asks for. She likes the store-bought hoagie rolls but I think I’m going to make your recipe and just put the beef and the onions and cheese on that and dip in beef broth instead. (For me, I got her the rolls that she likes) Thanks for the recipe😀 Thanks also for the tip about putting the vital wheat gluten and the Dough enhancer in the freezer.😀

  6. I love the bags! I buy another once I move. Have about 14 more days until move day. I’ve been sick as I have lupus and the extreme heat is hard on me and we usually spend these times in the mountains this time of year, my joints are so painful and stiff and I’m so tired but I keep packing and going. I’m praying everyday for strength.
