  2. If yall are hesitant to try it, just do it. ABSOLUTE BANGER!
    I was very skeptical, I HATE zucchini and cottage cheese. I thought this would be meh at best.
    Maybe it's because I didn't eat breakfast, and didn't eat lunch til almost 2pm, but this was ONE OF THE BEST MEAL PREPPED LUNCHES IVE EVER HAD!

  4. Made this tonight for lunches next week. I was a little hesitant because like your hate of vegetables i've always hated cottage cheese (remember my mom making lasagna with it 🤮). The mock queso actually tasted pretty good & is much healthier than standard queso of course. I actually happen to making taquitos for dinner & ate the reminder with them. The only few minor modifications i made was to add a little water to the queso to thin it out some (was way too thick) & instead of using chipotle in adobo i used a homemade chipotle hot sauce i make. Tasted really great. Thanks…

  5. Its good to see your still uploading man. About two years ago i started my fitness journey and your videos with the no equipment were the ones that got me going. Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. You probably wont see this comment but if you do just know to keep grinding and motivating because you change lives
