Recipe:

Pack of Biscuits (plain ones like digestives or graham crackers are best)
Can of Condensed milk
Handful of nuts (almonds were delicious)
200g Butter
3 tbsp Cocoa powder (I used 1tbsp for a lighter variation)

1. Melt your butter, mix in the cocoa powder, then break up your biscuits and throw them in. Add your chopped nuts, then the condensed milk and mix together.
2. Wrap it up in plastic, shape it into a log, then refrigerate ideally overnight.
3. Enjoy 🙂

Low sugar condensed milk (didn’t write anything down but I think this is it):

1. Add about 500ml milk to a pot and simmer for an hour or two with a couple teaspoons sugar.
2. Make a slurry with an egg and 1-2 tbsp starch (corn or tapioca should be best)
3. Pour some of the milk into your starch mix and whisk, then add back into the pan whisking until thickened.
4. If it gets lumpy blend it for a few seconds

Biscuits – use any Graham cracker recipe with desired amount of sugar

Music – somewhere fuse by French fuse
