I would break the spaghetti
If you're going to do this, choose the oven ready pasta that's already partially cooked and doesn't require boiling. This pasta isn't done.

Sounds yummy😊 the dry ingredients & oil would be best to spread around evenly first so that the flavour will be noticed at every bite….it doesn't look like the mixing around with the tong is sufficient enough because the long dry spaghetti hinders the thorough mixing.

I don't see how that would really work without stirring everything together. Plus the noodles are straight from the box to pan and into the oven. Maybe if someone else made this I would try it but I'm not.
