Oeh…. I had an operation yesterday and am not allowed to move for a few days, but do SOOO want to make this dish! I will console myself by printing the recipe and keeping it on hand. Thanks again for your efforts and explanation. Kind regards from Holland 🇳🇱
Watching from Australia. I made this tonight, and my husband and I loved it.😊

Hi nice ❤❤❤
Watching from Durban SA and will be making the recipe during my winter vacations. Thank U ❤
Looks delicious!N a must try!Thanks Bumby!❤
Your technique here is flawless with this dish. Your use of ingredients is knowledgeable, especially using chicken WITH bones. 10 out of 10. The only issue I could possibly have is the use of carrots here. I would omit them, but if served to me this way, I would eat them glady.
I noticed your cardoman are left whole…I think I've been doing them incorrectly?
Bumbi your kitchen and utensils look spotless.👍👍Lovely to see food prepared with love and so nicely.😊
Whatever additions *you add, will make the dish even that much better!
oh my goodness
I",m still cooking and have just done a 'taste test'
Wow!!! you have GOT to make this!
The addition of a chicken stock cube takes this to another level
I love that you give permission to make this ours. I have put in what veggies i had in my fridge and garden
Just a hint folks. If you are concerned about salt use pink Himalayn salt – you only need half as much for the same taste..
Can’t wait to try this 😊
No fanfare for Mr Potato 😢

The recipe looks delicious, I will definitely give it a shot.
Fantastic very beautiful
Yummy
A great and yummy one dish meal. Thanks Bumbi.
Not many of us can cook in tbe expensive olive oil,& we use filtered (unrefined) peanut oil, with ghee sometimes!!
What an unhurried, gentle voice & narration, and nothing rushed!!
We usually add at the end 2-3 eggs scrambled in slightly caramalized onion..as a topping,or mixed in,whichever preferred.
Kudos to you for your fine recipe!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful recipes, Bumbi. It is winter here, and your spicy chicken and rice dish looks perfect! Sending love from Australia 🇦🇺 💕
