Today we will make one pot pasta recipe. This is a very simple pasta recipe prepared by ingredients easily available at our home. This pasta recipe in Gujarati is very easy to make and it will be loved by everyone in your family. This one pot recipe is perfect for dinner. Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Pasta
1 Finely Chopped Onion
1 Finely Chopped Shimla Mirch (Capsicum)
Puree of 2 Tomatoes
1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger (Adrak)
8-10 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1.5 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
1.5 Teaspoon Oregano
¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder

Procedure:
1. Add some oil in kadhai and add cumin seeds, garlic cloves and chopped ginger. Stir well.
2. Add finely chopped onion and stir till the onions turn light brown.
3. Add finely chopped capsicum and sauté it.
4. Add tomato puree and cook it well.
5. Add chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, salt and add some butter. Mix well.
6. Add 3-3.5 cups of water. Let it come to a boil and then add 2 cups of pasta. Close lid and cook for 10-12 minutes. Cook till the pasta becomes dry. If there is water heat the pasta on high gas till water evaporates.
7. Grate some cheese and instant pasta is ready.
