Carrot – 1 Cup
Beans – 1 Cup
Green Peas – 1 Cup
Drumstick
Brinjal – 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 2 1/4 Tsp
Sambar Powder – 1 1/2 Tsp

For Garnish

Ghee – 1 Tbsp
Cashew Nuts
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
